Rental Form For Marietta Masonic Park

Pricing (Amount for each rental day reserved)

Weekday (Monday-Thursday): $250.00

Weekend (Friday-Saturday): $300.00

+Deposit of $50.00

Covers entire Rental Not per Day - Must be Added to Final Amount (Returned after Rental Completion).

Payment Procedure for Rental

The above Rental Form MUST BE COMPLETED prior to rental date!

Checks can be mailed to 308 Front Street Marietta, OH 45750.  (Make checks payable to Marietta Masonic Park Corp.)

Please include:

  1. The name and phone number that appears on the rental form with your check

  2. Add "Masonic Park Rental" and Date, in the 'MEMO' space on your check.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days in advance of the reservation date will receive a full refund. 

  2. Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days, but fourteen (14)  or more prior to the reservation date will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. 

  3. Reservations cancelled less than fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation date will not be refunded. 

  4. Refunds WILL NOT be provided to guests that cancel their reservation, in anticipation of forecasted severe weather.  

* IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  1. If payment is not received within two (2) weeks of submission of the rental form, the the reservation will be void and the selected date will become available.

  2. Availability is based on a first come first served basis. Thank you for your cooperation, your rental is greatly appreciated.

Rental Day Procedure

  1. The Building will be unlocked by our caretaker by 9:00am on the day of rental, earlier by prior arrangement.

  2. If time is desired for setup or decoration, please annotate your needs as you complete the rental request form. 

  3. The building will be locked after the event by our caretaker, who will assess the condition of the facilities.
